Ceviche boasts some of the finest Spanish small plates from its two area locations, relocated in early 2008 to Howard Avenue in Tampa and in St. Petersburg's Theater District. Both offer romantic settings and nearly 50 varieties of hot and cold tapas. The excellent signature cold tapas dish, the ceviche de la casa, offers lime-marinated shrimp, scallops, squid and fish, tossed with tomatoes, scallions and peppers, seasoned with cilantro and tequila. Hot tapas have included veal and chorizo meatballs in tomato sauce or braised lamb ribs with white beans and roasted tomatoes. Live Spanish music on weekends.
