Unless you arrive with a large party, you’ll be seated with a group of strangers once inside, but that’s all part of the special dining experience. Select your favorite meats, vegetables, or whatever you would like to see flying through the air the most as the expert chef puts on a dazzling display of aerial edibles. Begin with Japanese egg rolls, bay scallop flambé or teppan-style mushrooms. For dinner, order combinations of chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops and lobster with fried rice.
