Like Vegas' swanky steak-seafood-breakfast-anytime haunts, Seattle's landmark 13 Coins Restaurant is a 24-hour diner that features crab cakes, escargot and a notable wine list alongside chicken-fried steak and eggs. With its dark, polished, leather-padded walls, high booths, and high-back chairs, the remodeled restaurant shows off more of a sophisticated metropolitan sensibility than that of a neighborhood diner.
