Lamb’s Grill Cafe stakes claim as the state’s oldest restaurant, as Greek immigrant George P. Lamb founded the first incarnation in Logan, Utah, in 1919. Not much has changed since the restaurant moved downtown in 1939. Locals still enjoy three meals a day in surroundings familiar to previous generations. For breakfast, try the grilled trout or the traditional Scottish dish finnan haddie. Lunch favorites include soups, salads and sandwiches, while substantial dinner entrées feature the likes of beef stroganoff and red snapper.
