From the restaurant's website:"In 1990, La Bohème was established on a bustling street corner in what was to become Fair Oaks Blvd. Owners Alex Klaib and Daniel Alèzeau were driven by a single goal: to create one of the finest restaurants in the Sacramento area. The restaurant quickly flourished, building a loyal clientele with a taste for fine dining. ... Frequent upgrades to the menu and wine list helped La Bohème set the standard for food, service and atmosphere in the Sacramento/Fair Oaks Area. Over the years, many of La Bohème's clientele have sampled chef (and co-owner) Daniel Alèzeau's various dinner and luncheon selections.
