That's one reason the modestly appointed Golden Dynasty Chinese Restaurant in the Brighton neighborhood has become such a Rochester favorite. In addition to its top-notch preparation of Chinese classics such as crispy duck, Golden Dynasty features an extensive vegetarian menu boasting a range of protein sources. Specialties include mango soy (a veggie version of mango beef), savory chives and Chinese eggplant with spinach. For meat eaters, there are also plenty of inventive dishes including Mongolian lamb, basil beef and jalapeño chicken. Reservations suggested. Full bar. Serving lunch and dinner daily.
