Steiner's defines itself as a Nevada-style pub. That means locally brewed beer, memorabilia celebrating the history of the barely century-old city of Las Vegas, plasma TV screens tuned to sports, and requisite video poker machines, all blending together to create a popular 24-hour pub with three locations in Vegas. With more than 20 draft beers, 70 bottled beers, wine and an array of liquor options, patrons come for the drinks and stay for the pub fare favorites offered along with more upscale American dishes. The menu features a signature appetizer – Wellington lamb chops – along with Cajun pasta, burgers and oysters. Breakfast features egg-heavy dishes such as the Grand Canyon (New York steak, eggs and hash browns), Desert Schores (two eggs on a croissant) and the Rampart (country-fried steak and eggs), all perfect to pair with an eye-opening adult beverage.
Full bar. Open 24 hours daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Las Vegas Review-Journal: Best Bar Food, 2010 critics' poll
"When we think of Steiner's we think of dark, dank, smoky poker bars – because Steiner's is none of these things. No, this is a poker bar for the 21st century and it has the menu to prove it, with such dishes as a lamb chop appetizer, the mere memory of which makes us hungry."
