You'll find it at any one of several Pamela's locations (including Pamela's P&G Diner in the Millvale neighborhood), all under the guidance of hands-on owners Pam Cohen and Gail Klingensmith. Locals rave about Pamela's California French toast, featuring cinnamon-raisin wheat bread dipped in vanilla egg batter. The signature hotcakes include varieties such as chocolate chip banana, strawberry, blueberry, and banana walnut. Corned beef hash, waffles and various omelets are also breakfast stars.
