Another smash hit from Orlando-based Darden Restaurants, Seasons 52 successfully responds to America's call for healthy dining options. The 2003 flagship operation in Orlando has grown to a small but wildly popular chain. In a sophisticated, contemporary setting, customers indulge in a seasonal menu of calorie-conscious fare, with each grilled halibut, pork tenderloin and roasted rack of lamb containing fewer than 475 calories. Three-ounce mini-desserts offer bite-sized indulgences decadent enough to satisfy the sweet tooth but small enough to keep the carbs under control.
