We use only naturally-raised meats, organic milk and eggs for our housemade yogurt and pastries; and hand-selected, organic fruits, herbs and vegetables – many harvested daily from our own organic garden. We compost all raw kitchen scraps for our organic garden and vegetarian leftovers are fed to our laying hens, Iris and Ruby. Zatar is a certified green business "
