Visitors routinely use the words "luxurious," "elegant" and "romantic" to describe this fantastic Italian restaurant situated in a graceful, old bank building. The excellent European-style cuisine coupled with the Old World charm and service of Vincenzo's, owned by chef Agostino Gabriele and brother Vincenzo, make it one of the top restaurants in Louisville, period. The preparation of many dishes, including the Caesar salad and several appetizers, is completed tableside. The wide-ranging menu includes a variety of pasta dishes as well as seafood such as swordfish and pine nut-encrusted salmon. It's a veal lover's delight, with no fewer than seven vitello options. Full bar. Serving lunch Mon–Fri, dinner Mon–Sat. Closed Sun. Voted Best Italian Restaurant in the 2008 Louisville magazine readers poll.
