This San Gabriel Valley hot spot features Szechwan-style cooking that's not your everyday, bland Chinese takeout. Entrées explode with garlic, vinegar and peppery goodness that will light up your palate and numb the roof of your mouth. The stir-fried chicken with a ludicrous amount of red chilies is a must-try, while other offerings include braised eel, fried chinese bacon with garlic sprouts and, for the truly adventurous, pig ear.
