Young vanguard David LeFevre keeps the kitchen aflame with his ultramodern cooking techniques, turning out daily-changing yet consistently pristine seafood dishes to the tune of wild Hawaiian swordfish, and striped bass ceviche with mint, pineapple, candied black beans and butternut squash.
