Located on the 106th floor of the Stratosphere Tower, Top of the World Restaurant & Lounge truly soars. The rotating dining room features intimate tables next to floor-to-ceiling windows that are angled out to provide the most complete view possible. Booths located farther from the windows are elevated, ensuring all patrons a fairly unobstructed view, much to the dismay of those who would prefer not to look down. The entire dining room completes one rotation every 80 minutes, allowing the perfect amount of time to enjoy a three- or four-course prix fixe meal. Appetizers include shrimp scampi and duck ravioli, which may be followed by entrées such as surf and turf, rack of Colorado-raised lamb and capon breast with truffles. The signature dessert is The Chocolate Stratosphere, a tower of dark chocolate mousse served with a vanilla sauce, and the Wine Spectator award-winning wine selection includes plenty of dessert wine options. An upstairs lounge offers a swanky (albeit non-rotating) atmosphere where diners enjoy specialty martinis. Reservations suggested for lunch, required for dinner. Serving lunch and dinner daily.
