Located in Bally’s hotel and casino, ASIA (formerly Chang’s) is considered one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas. The upscale and elegant restaurant, with a revamped menu, continues to serve as a peaceful haven from the lights and sounds of the casino. With more than 50 items on the menu, most served family-style, diners can sample a wide variety of traditional Chinese dishes. For starters, barbecued spare ribs and golden fried prawns are available, as well as Hong Kong won ton soup and spicy hot and sour soup. House specials include Imperial Peking duck and Szechwan shrimp, while other entrées such as Mongolian beef, black mushrooms with mixed vegetables, and stir-fried fresh lobster highlight the menu.
