Since opening in the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in 1980, The Peppercorn Duck Club has been Kansas City's go-to place for intimate special-occasion dining. You'll see the night's ducks roasting on the floor-to-ceiling copper rotisserie. Order this signature meat over a bed of wild rice, or indulge in a veal chop stuffed with herbs and goat cheese, or the pan-seared striped bass, when available. Keep in mind, though, that dinner at The Peppercorn is not over until you've visited the gleaming Ultra Chocolatta Bar and its staggering assortment of desserts, free with any entrée. Full bar.
