Specializing in both traditional Indian food as well as Indian-Chinese-Thai fusion, new-in-2006 eatery Cilantro Indian Cuisine is brought to us by talented, young chef/owner Sanju Rajak, who began his cooking career in an international hotel in Bombay. Housed in what used to be India Gate restaurant, Cilantro features specialties from the clay tandoor oven, from breads to entrées such as chicken, lamb, goat, shrimp and vegetables, from the extensive – some would say overwhelming – menu.
