Upon your arrival at Edohana Hibachi & Sushi restaurant, a host will mark your entrance with the bang of a drum before escorting you to your seat at either the bright sushi bar or a group table surrounding a hibachi grill. Leaping flames trail lines of oil as the hibachi chefs juggle tools and ingredients while you, with up to seven friends (or strangers), enjoy the soup, salad and shrimp appetizers that come with every meal. Eggs for the fried rice whiz through the air as the chefs quickly chop meat for each order. Filet mignon, shrimp, scallops, salmon, lobster and chicken combos are offered. Meanwhile, sushi choices abound. The menu offers a list with detailed ingredients for each roll to help you choose. For dessert, choose from red bean, green tea, vanilla or tempura ice creams. Plum sherbet is also offered. Beer, wine and sake available. Serving lunch Mon–Fri, dinner nightly.
