Fishbone's serves up seafood, sushi and New Orleans-style favorites in a raucous setting reminiscent of 1920s Bourbon Street. Neon signs and live music help recreate the busy atmosphere of The Big Easy during the jazz era, while the sushi bar and traditional American menu favorites bring a modern twist. Sunday brunch (starting at 10:30 am at all locations) features a changing menu, but items may include made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles, buttermilk pancakes, fish, crawfish and shrimp. Clearly, diners won't walk away hungry. Breakfast is only served at the Greektown location where, from 6:30 am to 10:30 am everyday, items such as the Cajun andouille sausage and cheddar cheese omelet, and bananas Foster brioche French toast are offered. Highlights of the lunch menu, served at all locations, include a selection of po-boys and sushi lunch specials. Dinner includes New Orleans favorites such as crawfish étouffée, jambalaya, and pasta Orleans (shrimp, crawfish, crab, tomatoes and mushrooms sautéed with fettuccine with a pesto cream sauce and Asiago cheese). Steaks, ribs, salads, burgers and an impressive variety of seafood (from walleye to lobster) are also available for dinner. Stick around after dinner, too. Fishbone's is open late on the weekends and has pool tables, video games and a large bar, making it a nightlife hot spot. Live bands play at every location on weekend nights.
