Though renowned Denver restaurateur Benny Armas has owned many local Mexican eateries over the past several decades, Benny's Restaurante y Tequila Bar is the most beloved. It's a tradition for many who swing by for the menu's star – a stuffed-to-the-brim sirloin burrito – or any of the other solid Mexican and Tex-Mex fare (tacos, carnitas, enchiladas).
