Founded in Columbus in 1988 by Bob and Corrine Frick, combination sports bar/Buffalo wings joint Rooster's has grown to include many Columbus-area locations in addition to spots throughout Ohio. The wings capture the spirit of the genre, with hot sauce flavors ranging from mild to Super Killers as well as garlic, barbecue and teriyaki varieties. Sports bar-sturdy appetizers include cheese fries, potato skins, deep-fried macaroni and cheese bites, mini corn dogs, and Buffalo-style fried shrimp. House-made chili (try the cheddar chili), salads, chicken tenders, pizza and subs round out the menu. Full bar. Serving lunch, dinner and late-night daily.
