Numerous local foodies insist that Kihachi Japanese Restaurant not only serves some of Columbus' best traditional Japanese cuisine, but that it also ranks as one of the top two or three best restaurants of any genre. In this northwest suburban Dublin strip mall setting, many diners leave the ordering to convivial chef/owner Ryuji "Mike" Kimura, with his knowledge of the day's freshest fish.
