Top 100 Restaurant, Chicago
"Wildfire transports you to the aura of a 1940s dinner club. From the décor to the jazz music, Wildfire has the style and warmth that makes it perfect for an evening with friends or just the two of you."
– Wildfire website
"Wildfire, like almost every Lettuce Entertain You [restaurant group] restaurant, traffics in nostalgia. Now with five locations in the Chicago area, it's a replica of a 40s-era wood-paneled supper club, complete with Sinatra on the sound system, stiff drinks at the bar, and massive black-and-white photos of GIs on furlough doing the Lindy hop with pretty girls to put you in the mood. The menu is a throwback too. Meat predominates–steaks, chops, and barbecue."
– Chicago Reader
"Though it is not known as a steakhouse, Wildfire is a real sleeper when it comes to beef."
– Chicago Sun-Times
