Harper's Restaurant Group's Charlotte venture has gained recognition from some of the most prestigious national culinary organizations – including DiRoNA and Wine Spectator – for its constantly evolving, topnotch menu of Pacific Rim cuisine with West Coast flair. Wacky appetizers such as Tuna Tuna Tuna (three varieties of tuna served in a martini glass) precede creative seafood specialties, from Scottish salmon with English pea and crab ravioli to sake-marinated sea bass with lobster dumplings. The stainless steel oyster bar and an impressive stand-alone sushi menu offer excellent raw alternatives.
