At first glance, it doesn't seem like much: Diners carry takeout-only orders in cardboard boxes accompanied by copious stacks of napkins. And, though the menu offers several options, you won't see much besides deep-fried chicken breasts, tater rounds, coleslaw and hushpuppies.
