Suzi's China Grill & Sushi Bar (with two locations) and Suzi's China Kitchen each feature a sophisticated selection of sushi and sashimi with traditional Chinese seafood, chicken, beef and pork entrées, as well as several vegetarian creations. The delicate, fresh sushi rolls include eel in a slightly sweet brown sauce wrapped around white rice, as well as rolls of shrimp, yellowtail, flounder and salmon. Both lunch and dinner menus offer an extensive array of appetizers, such as the lettuce wrap with diced spicy chicken encased in cool leaves of iceberg lettuce with water chestnuts and peppers. Or try zesty pork dumplings made of fried wontons filled with spicy ground pork and topped with a seasoned peanut sauce. An enormously popular lunch dish is the orange-flavored chicken: a nice portion of poultry encrusted with breadcrumbs, orange peel and chili pepper. Lunch specials are offered daily and usually include a soup of the day, a fried pork or crab dumpling, and fried rice. A local dinner favorite is garlic pork or beef in chili garlic sauce with mushrooms, onions and water chestnuts. Another fiery treat is pork and eggplant stir-fried in a zesty sauce, or sample one of the many heart-healthy vegetarian selections, such as the Buddha's Feast, a generous helping of veggies steamed or stir-fried in a light brown sauce. Don't be afraid to specify your desired level of spiciness with any entrée when placing an order. Desserts include a selection of ice creams, or a rich chocolate cake. Serving lunch and dinner daily.
