Watershed restaurant has been blurring the line between home cooking and fine dining since opening in a converted service station in suburban Decatur. The funky-chic space proves the ideal location for indulging in a seasonal menu with Southern flair. Tuesday's Southern Fried Chicken Night is a particular treat at Watershed, and from-scratch desserts, including one of the area's best chocolate cakes, are an absolute must. Country ham with red-eye gravy, banana fritters, and omelets with roasted new potatoes make Sunday brunch one of the best times to visit. Full bar. Serving lunch and dinner Mon–Sat.
